Quality healthcare – making the right choice!

Many years of careful listening to and reflecting with clients from a variety of backgrounds, combined with my formal study and training, enable me to treat adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, or other painful life stresses. Using an approach to treatment called Cognitive Behavior Therapy, I work with individuals to identify patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that are problematic and to develop with each one more effective ways of handling life’s challenges. Hopefully this approach will reduce unpleasant symptoms, enhance self-esteem and promote contentment, energy, and hope.
